Day Of Coordination

    • Consultation- An initial phone call with the couple to discuss needs and to answer any questions

    • Pre-Wedding Meetings- Two weeks before your event we will have an in person or a phone meeting to discuss timeline details and get vendor contact information.

    • Communication- Coordinator will be available for questions, updates or feedback via email or text.

    • Vendor Communication - Conformation and communication with all vendors one week prior to your event.

    • Timeline- Creation of a detailed timeline of your event that will be distributed to all vendors ensuring a smooth and stress free day.

    • Rehearsal- Coordination of your rehearsal to ensure all members of the wedding party are aware of their roles.

    • Day of Coordination- Up to 10 hour of event coverage to oversee wedding and managing all aspects of the event.

    • Point of Contact- We are the point of contact for every possible need. We will be the person any vendor or guest comes to with any questions or issues the day of your wedding.

    • Bridal Party Support- Making sure all participants of the wedding are on time and where they are supposed to be to ensure your day stays on schedule and running smoothly.

    • Emergency Kit- Box of emergency items located in the bridal suit for any situation that may occur. (ex. deodorant, sewing kit, wrinkle release, scissors, lighter, ect.)

    • Post Wedding- Assist with light clean up of the event. This includes putting personal items in a secure location for the couple, taking down small decor, confirming pick up for rentals. (NOTE: removal of trash is not included)

  • Package starts at $1200

    • Venue Site Walk- Copper State will attend your final sight walk to help with layout design and final details with venue.
    • Vendor Recommendations + Communication- Copper State will recommend and assist with booking our favorite vendors such as florals, Dj, Photographers and Rentals. We will also handle conformation and communication with all vendors one week prior to your event.

    vendors ensuring a smooth and stress free day.

Full Service Planning

    • Consultation- An initial phone call with the couple to discuss needs and to answer any questions

    • Creating your Vision- Once booked we will create the vision you have for your wedding including style and budget. We will also provide a planning timeline during this meeting.

    • Pre-Wedding Meetings- Before your event, we will have up to 12 in person or phone meetings to discuss timeline details and get vendor contact information.

    • Communication- Planner will be available for questions, updates or feedback via email or text.

    • Budget management- After creating your budget, we will make sure you are on track and keep documents of all spending.

    • Venue Tours- We will help schedule venue tours and attend up to three of them. If venue is more than 30 miles from our location the couple will have the option of video calls.

    • Vendor Communication- You will receive vendor recommendations and contact information. CS will manage all vendor contracts and communication regarding the details of your wedding.

    • Design - Working together choosing the colors, style, and decor of your event. Assistance with florals and table settings design. Ensuring we execute your overall aesthetic of your wedding.

    • Timeline- Creation of a detailed timeline for your event that will be distributed to all vendors ensuring a smooth and stress free day.
